In October 2003, Fanke won the bid for the high-voltage test equipment project of the BOP electrical repair workshop of Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant, and Fanke’s products entered the nuclear power market for the first time.
From 2004 to 2006, the voltage level of Fanke’s variable frequency series resonant equipment exceeded 800KV, and it was successively purchased by Jiangsu Electric Power Construction No. 1 Company, Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute, China Yangtze Power Corporation (Three Gorges Hydropower Plant) Group Corporation and many other units.

In 2008, the voltage level of the frequency conversion series resonance equipment produced by Fanke exceeded 1000KV and was purchased by Shanxi Electric Power Research Institute. It was used in the first 1000KV UHV substation in China to perform on-site AC withstand voltage for 1100KV GIS.

In 2010, the non-partial discharge test transformer system and power frequency series resonance withstand voltage equipment produced by Fanke were successfully exported to the Korean market for the factory quality inspection test of cables.
In 2011, the non-partial discharge frequency conversion series resonance withstand voltage test equipment 600KV/3A test system produced by Fanke was successfully purchased by South Korea's Hyosung (HYOSUNG) company.
In 2012, the variable frequency series resonance withstand voltage test equipment 400KV/1A test system produced by Fanke was successfully exported to India; in the same year, the 500KV/5A test system without partial discharge type variable frequency series resonance withstand voltage test equipment was successfully exported to Vietnam
In 2013, obtained the certificate of safety production standardization enterprise issued by the State Administration of Work Safety; in the same year, Fanke's electric comprehensive test vehicle was successfully developed and purchased by Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company
