Due to the diversity of test objects and test conditions, we suggest customers to provide us test parameters of the test objects before ordering so that we can supply them with a specific and tailor-made test system with a minimum expense.
Test object---generators
Type of generator, such as hydro-generator or fire power generator
Rated capacity, such as 300MW.
Test voltage.
2. Test object---GIS or GIL
Test voltage and corresponding capacitance.Eg: 220KV GIS, test voltage should not more than 400KV with 10 intervals.
Test frequency. Eg: 30~300Hz, 60~300Hz, 45Hz~65Hz or 50Hz
Duty cycle. 60 min or 5 min at rated capacity and rated voltage. Or 60mim ON, 60min OFF, 3 times a day.
PD. If required, please tell us the PD level. Eg: PD≤5pC at test voltage.
Service condition. Eg: altitude above sea level, ambient temperature.
3. Test object---power transformer
Voltage class and rated capacity of the test object. Eg: 220KV/63000KVA power transformer.
Test voltage. Eg: For 110KV transformer, the voltage should bot more than 160KV.
Test frequency. Eg: 45Hz~65Hz or 50Hz.
PD. If required, please tell us the PD level. Eg: PD≤5pC at test voltage
Inductive withstand and PD required or not. If required, please tell us the no load loss level of the test object.
Service condition. Eg: altitude above sea level, ambient temperature.
HV test reactor
As the main components of variable frequency test system, reactors can be classified to the following types according to test objects and system capacity.
Oil-immersed, dry test reactor (include epoxy cast)
Hollow-core, iron core test reactor
Insulation, iron tank test reactor
HV adjustable test reactor includes the following two series:
installed horizontally, usually used in middle and low cables or generators voltage withstand system
If your purchased test system can be extensible, you can order test reactor separately to extend your former test system.
2. Capacitive voltage divider
It is the necessary components for measuring high voltage in AC withstand test, including g high voltage capacitorC1 and low voltage capacitor C2.
It’s filled with a small amount of insulation oil and PD free designed. It can work long hours due to the excellent heat dissipation property. The high voltage capacitor arm is purely capacitive designed, enables several pieces connected in series. It can also be used as a basic load of resonant system.
